Zazie's Weekend Brunch menu offers you classics like Eggs Benedict, American Pancakes, or Croque Monsieur. Try Tamás’ burger creations like the Gourmet burger with blue cheese cream or the Chipotle burger. Traditional flavors are also part of the Weekend Brunch menu: Tamás’ classic lecsó brings the taste of home.

The head chef of Zazie
Tamás Endrész-Nagy is the new head chef at Zazie Bistro & Bar – a chef who shapes Zazie’s kitchen with precision rooted in his Swabian heritage, respect for tradition, and a contemporary outlook. Despite his young age, he is already at ease navigating the diverse worlds of Hungarian gastronomy: from the warm, family-style atmosphere of rural hospitality to the refinement of fine dining, he has explored many kitchens and styles. Now, alongside his personal connection to Hungarian cuisine, he is also bringing international bistro favourites to the Zazie menu while developing his own clean, distinctive flavour profile.
For Tamás, food is always about the quality of the ingredients and the authenticity of flavours. He doesn’t believe in overcomplicated decoration—every bite has its purpose and place. In his kitchen, tradition and innovation aren’t opposites but complementary forces: technical skill, aesthetic plating, and timeless flavours come together on every plate he creates.
